Delivery Information

Resonate Designs Florist guarantees same day delivery across the Sunshine Coast to local Coolum beach area and select outer suburbs with in a 25k radius of Coolum beach, when orders are placed by 1pm Monday to Friday AEST.

Priority and outer suburbs priced at $35 and over, need to be placed by via phone by 10am Monday to Friday to guarantee same day delivery. If you require a specific time for delivery or an express delivery, please call Resonate Designs Flowers directly on 0415878314 and we will try to accommodate.

Delivery times

We ensure that all deliveries placed online will reach business addresses by 5pm and residential addresses by 6pm. If sending flowers to a workplace or home, it is the senders responsibility to advise us in ‘special notes at the checkout’ or by phone of any circumstances that could effect the couriers ability for a successful delivery. Extra delivery charges may apply.
Please let us know if the recipient finishes work prior to 5pm so we can deliver it to them within that timeframe.

If no one is home when your order is delivered

The courier will call the recipient only if there is not a safe space to leave your order to obtain further instructions as to where the best location is to leave the item/s safely and out of the public eye and weather. It is important that the recipients details/phone numbers are provided correctly.
If the recipient cannot be contacted whilst the courier is at the location, and there is no where the courier deems safe to leave the gift, then it will be returned to our Coolum Beach store for re-delivery (which will incur another delivery fee) at the next available time. The sender may also collect the gift from our Coolum Beach store.
It is the senders responsibility to detail a safe location as to where the gift/s can be left in the ‘special notes at checkout’ otherwise, gifts left at the designated location will have photographic
evidence and delivery time noted.

Hospital Deliveries 

It is hospital policy that flowers and gifts delivered to hospital addresses are taken to the nurses station or relevant reception. After handover, Resonate Designs Florist Sunshine Coast cannot take any responsibility for the promptness or time of delivery to the recipient.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure the patient receiving flowers is not due to be discharged on that day (please note that ICU patients cannot receive plants or flowers), . If the recipient is being discharged, we will contact the sender to arrange an alternate address. This may incur extra delivery fees if the secondary address is in a further delivery zone or the time to receive the second address resulted in the courier having to return the item to the Coolum Beach store.

If your gift contains alcohol

Your gift can only be accepted by someone over the age of 18 years and cannot be left unattended in a public space. If instructions are not given by you the sender as to a safe place for the gift to be left then the recipient will be called prior to dispatch to request this information or arrange a suitable delivery time.
We do not deliver on Sundays or on public holidays, except for Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day.

Refunds

If for some reason a refund is needed for no fault of our own, eg: the recipient no longer lives in our delivery area or are away on holiday, you may have placed an order on line out side of our delivery area by choosing a pick up option or your Sister has already sent something on your behalf for example. we reserve the rite to charge a $5 processing fee for for time and charges incurred by our online processing system.

Quality & Flower Maintenance

If you are unhappy with your flowers after our simple care instructions have been followed, we urge you to contact us within 72 hours of receipt of flowers and or plant. with a picture and decryption.

We aims to purchase the majority of its flowers and foliage directly from local farmers wherever possible, to ensure the best quality, fresh flowers are hand selected every day.

We are, however, selling a natural product that is fragile and perishable, ie. they have a limited life span, and we are unable to give an exact number of days they will remain fresh. Flowers will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions, and unfortunately once our product is dispatched for delivery, a number of changes in their surrounding condition may result in their longevity being reduced that is out of our control.

To assist, Resonate Designs Florist has included Flower Care information with all deliveries. Plant care can be found on line using Google.

We can’t take responsibly for Mother Nature and the care of plants once they have been dispatched from for our store, returns or refunds of plants must be made with in one week’s time.

Our flower care instructions must be followed thoroughly in order to maximise the life span and enjoyment of your flowers. To assist in prolonging their life, we recommend cutting the stems on a sharp angle and changing the water in the vase every two days. Air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in climate may also have an adverse effect on the flowers. Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for us to guarantee the flower quality and longevity in every case.

Three Day Return Policy

Should your flowers perish within 3-5 days of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, Resonate Designs Florist will be happy to resend replacement flowers at our expense, and will need to take the unsatisfactory delivery as proof for our suppliers credit. To assist us in assessing the product quality, Resonate designs reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers (sent by text or email) within three days of the delivery date. This is a standard request that all florists will ask for in the event of customer complaints. Resonate Designs Florist also requires that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to the Resonate Designs Florist within 3 days of delivery by phone:

Please note if you have changed your mind or made mistake and ordered out side our delivery area and require a refund we are happy to do so however this will in-cure a 10% processing fee.
